Aspen Bedding is a natural, biodegradable and sustainable substrate from shredded wood. The wood particles are produced by shredding and heat treating fast growing aspen trees. Ideal for species that nest or burrow.
Ensure the enclosure is clean and dry. Spread the bedding across the bottom of the vivarium, terrarium or tub. Minimum layer of (2.5cm/1”). If you are using a heat mat consult the manufacturer's instructions on substrate depth. Spot clean daily, replace monthly (more frequently if soiled or wet).
Feed snakes in a separate container to minimise the risk of accidental substrate ingestion.
