Chapeuzinho Pods look great in naturalistic and Bio-active terrariums, in either an arid or tropical setting. They can also be used in aquariums, adding beneficial tannins and offering shelter. These pods are useful for creating temporary pools of water after spraying the enclosure, mimicking the forest floor after a rainfall. Upturned, they also make great hiding areas for animals such as dart frogs, creating enrichment by encouraging natural hunting and foraging behaviours.
