UVB lighting is vital for the health and wellbeing of all reptiles. After extensive research and testing, we’ve found that snakes not only benefit from UVB exposure but actively use it. That’s why we include a market-leading T5 lighting kit with the optimum spectrum for corn snakes. This all-in-one, plug-and-play unit features a built-in reflector to maximize UVB output and a protective guard for safety.
For best results, position the UVB tube on the same side as your heat source to create a natural “sunny” basking area. Replace your UVB tube every 12 months to maintain correct light intensity, and keep the lighting on for around 12 hours per day to replicate a natural day-night cycle.
