What are Palm Clubs?

These long clubs are from the Coconut Palm, which is the stem from which the blossom grows and coconuts grow. They are long and beautifully textured with petal-like appendages towards the top. Perfect for naturalistic terrarium and vivarium setups.

The benefits of Palm Clubs

When placed vertically, these clubs make wonderful ‘ladders’ in larger terrariums, perfect for use with crested geckos and other arboreal species. Palm Clubs make an excellent display piece in large naturalistic and Bio-active terrariums, in either an arid or tropical setting. Easily create enrichment by encouraging natural climbing and foraging behaviours. Palm clubs can be used in aquariums, providing excellent anchor points for plants.

How to use Palm Club

1. Place upright inside the terrarium, creating a vertical climbing surface, or lay flat.
2. Mix with other seed pods, nuts, leaf litter and moss to create a forest floor (detritus layer).
3. Spot clean regularly, removing waste and insect husks will help to minimise mould growth.
