Christmas Delivery Times 2009

Christmas is just around the corner, so get your orders in to avoid disappointment.

Never give a live animal as a gift, especially an exotic pet. Most (if not all) exotic pets require special equipment and care.

If you want to buy someone a Christmas gift from this site; we'd recommend a Gift Certificate - this allows the resipiant time to do the necessary research before purchase. Gift Certificates can be used on any of our products.

If you decide to buy yourself an exotic pet around the Christmas period, we have listed the last order dates and delivery times below. Please order well in advance as we will be very busy around Christmas period. Dispatch of livestock is subject to weather conditions and may be delayed if it is too cold.

Last Order Dates:

Sunday 13th December - live foods (to be sent via 1st class post) and livestock.
Sunday 20th December - live foods (to be sent via Special Delivery ONLY) and equipment.

Last Dispatch Dates:

Royal Mail 1st Class
Monday 21st December, delivery may take up to three working days to arrive!
Royal Mail Special Delivery 9am or 1pm
Wednesday 23rd December for a Thursday 24th delivery.
TNT before 12 noon
Wednesday 23rd December for a Thursday 24th delivery.

Orders placed after these dates may not be processed until after the Christmas and New Year period, from Monday 4th January 2010. Please allow 10 working days for Off-Site items to be processed.
