Royal Mail 1st Class Post

We have found within the last few months a number of Royal Mail 1st class deliveries have not been received by our customers neither returned to us.
After much consideration and to prevent disappointment to our customers not receiving their goods, these will now be sent as a recorded item allowing us to track the parcel. Our postage prices have had a slight increase to cater for this. Large, heavy or multiple items will be sent via Interlink on a next day service with a tracking number provided.
We apologise if you have been effect by a non-delivery of an order sent via Royal Mail 1st class post.
