Christmas Open Hours and Last Livestock Delivery Dates

We are informing all of our customers of the last dispatch dates for livestock, invert and frozen orders. Also information on opening times over the festive period.

Please take note and order well in advance as weather conditions could prevent orders from being dispatched especially with livestock.

Livestock Orders

Although most livestock is “onsite”, some species may need to be ordered in from our suppliers; therefore we would ask customers to place orders no later than Monday 7^th December for a Christmas delivery.

The last reptile orders to be dispatched for Christmas will be Wednesday 16^th December for delivery on Thursday 17^th, however we must book these with our reptile courier by the latest Tuesday 15^th midday.

Severe weather conditions could prevent dispatch of livestock orders – we will always put the wellbeing of our animals first.

Invert and Frozen Orders

These orders will have a last posting date of Wednesday 16^th to guarantee arrival with no delays, this is weather dependant.

Livefood Orders

Monday 21^st December will be the last day of posting all livefoods to arrive before Christmas and Monday 28^th December for the New Year.

Equipment

All other equipment will be dispatched as normal.

24^th December – Open as usual
25^th December – CLOSED
28^th December – CLOSED
29^th – 31^st December – Open as usual
1^st January – CLOSED
4^th January onwards – Open as usual
