Cold Weather Update

Information for customers who have recently ordered.
I'm sure many of you will understand the difficulties that the weather has caused this week. The conditions have been truly awful and have prevented our wholesale partners delivering to us and our regular couriers collecting from our premise. Not only has the snow caused logistic issues, the temperatures have been so low its prevented us shipping living creatures of any kind. This is an extremely rare occurence and things such as live food are not normaly effected by the weather conditions for more than a day at a time.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, from the whole team at Exotic Pets, we're very sorry! Please be assured that any outstanding orders will be prioritised and shipped as soon as possible!
