Here is the latest information regarding how our new reptile and amphibian delivery service works.
Delivering reptiles and amphibians
We have been trialling a new specialist animal courier for the last couple of months, and we are now pleased to announce that we can once again arrange transport of reptiles and amphibians purchased from ourselves and deliver them directly to you.
Our new courier has the same high standard of delivery, is DEFRA registered courier, and fully insured.
How do I order from you?
- Before attempting to make payment, please contact us to discuss what you are interested in keeping.
- Our team will assess your knowledge, experience, and suitability of your wanted new pet. We will only sell species that we feel are appropriate for you and your circumstances.
- If you don't have any experience in keeping exotic pets but are interested in doing so, we will help you get started and provide appropriate support.
- We will advise all customers on suitable housing and equipment for your wanted exotic pet. Please note, if you have made purchases elsewhere, proof of setup will be required (no exceptions).
